How to apply for an investment account
For Deutsche Bank product, please call the office or email info@capital-builder.com For ODL Securities product, please follow the instructions below.
1. Click on "downloads", print and download the "CBI Mandate". This document gives CBI the
power of attorney to trade the Forex Market on your behalf.
Complete this document. Ensure that you sign all alterations and initial each page.
2. Click on ODL Securities link below: "Individual" is self explanatory; "Joint" is for more than one
person (eg. spouse, partner, etc) and "Corporate" is for a legal entity. Complete application
on-line. When instructed, download or wait for email, print, complete and sign documents.
3. Scan and email or fax the completed documents PLUS your ID Document or Passport AND proof
of residence (not older than 3 months) to info@capital-builder.com or +27 (0)88 041 379 1647.
Upon receipt we will open your account. ALSO mail the original documents to P O Box 7604,
Newton Park, 6055, South Africa for compliance purposes.
4. Do not deposit any funds before we instruct you to do so. South African citizens need a clearance
from SARS before funds can be transferred. An application form is available at "downloads".
